Booze by Design - Day Wines Vin De Days

Day Wines has been a favorite since May 2018 when I first visited their tasting room. The tasting room is tucked off of one of the main highways going through wine county and sure is a treat.

The vin de days is a perfectly balanced white table blend of Pinot blanc, Muller Thurgau, Riesling, Pinot Gris, and Muscat. Medium bodied and pairs well with summer fruits and veggies and a hot evening in the backyard.

On the nose: Ripe white peaches, minerality, floral, zesty

On the tongue: juicy fruit, lemon, chalk
